Cake Pandan


BAHAN A :
  • Kuning telur 15 ; putih telur 3
  • Gula pasir 150 gram
  • Sp 1 sdm
BAHAN B :
  • Terigu segitiga 120 gram
  • Susu bubuk 50 gram
  • Maezena 50 gram
BAHAN C :
  • Santan kental 50 cc
  • Air pandan 50 cc
  • Pandan pasta 50 cc
  • Mentega cair 150 gram
  • Esens pandan 1/2 sdt
CARA MEMBUAT :
  1. Bahan A di kocok hingga kental
  2. Masukkan bahan B yang sudah di saring
  3. Masukkan bahan C dan aduk rata
  4. Panggang dengan panas 150 derajat selama 60 menit
